Comments & Complaints
We always want to offer an excellent service so we appreciate constructive suggestions from our patients. Please put any suggestions in writing (see contact details) to the Practice Manager.
In the event you require to complain about the service you have received, please put your complaint in writing to the Practice Manager who will investigate your complaint and respond as soon as possible. All complaints are dealt with in accordance with NHS guidelines and a Complaints Procedure can be obtained from reception. NHS Tayside have a separate Complaints and Advice Team and an information leaflet can be obtained from reception.
This team will be able to give impartial advice and support but it must be made clear that NHS Tayside cannot assume responsibility for either the circumstances leading to the complaint or for the resolution of the complaint as this rests solely with the the practice.

If you remain unhappy after everything has been done to try to resolve your concern or complaint you have the right to approach the Ombudsman and there are instructions for doing this on the SPSO website.
